Key eligibility criteria*:
- Advanced mNSCLC lacking actionable mutations (EGFR/ROS1/ALK/BRAF; Part 2 only)
- ECOG PS 0 or 1
- Cohort A: previously treated with anti–PD-1/PD-L1 and chemotherapy (same as Part 1)
- Cohort B: anti–PD-1 as prior line
- Cohort C: treatment naive
