Study overview & design
Key eligibility criteria*:
- Part 1: NSCLC with a known actionable genetic mutation (EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF); must have received all approved targeted therapies and have progressed
- Part 1: Must have been treated with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy and platinum-based chemotherapy
- Part 2: NSCLC with no targetable mutations
- Part 2 Cohort A: previously treated with anti–PD-1/PD-L1 and chemotherapy
- Part 2 Cohort B: previously treated with anti–PD-1/PD-L1 as prior line
- Part 2 Cohort C: treatment naive
